Full payment is due upon booking to reserve your spot.

For events that cost over $500:

• A deposit of $100 will be collected at the time of booking.

• 50% of the event cost is due within one week of booking your spot.

• The remaining cost is due 30 days prior to the event.

• If you are booking less than 30 days before the event, payment in full is due at the time of booking.

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions more than 30 days before the event. If our caterer cannot accommodate your food restrictions, we will offer you the choice of 1) a full refund, or 2) the opportunity to bring your own food to the event

If you reach out to us 30 days or less before the event about dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our caterer will be able to fulfill them. No refund will be given in this situation

Our caterer cannot guarantee that food will not be cross-contaminated. If you have severe allergies, please consider bringing your own food to our event

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund (minus booking fee)

Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to the event: 50% refund (minus booking fee)

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the event: No refund

IF Mustang Wisdom cancels an event at any time, for any reason, a full refund will be given

If the CoTrips app shows icy or snowy roads between Colorado Springs and Florissant on the morning of the event, you may:

• Brave the elements and attend the event

• Cancel your spot and receive a full refund

• Apply your full payment to a future event or service
